Open an account
Submit a short access request with your company details and intended use. A member of our team will respond by email.
Business verification
We complete a know-your-business (KYB) review of every client before any order: legal entity, registered address, ownership, and intended use.
Fund by bank transfer
You receive a quote for each order. Fund it in advance by bank transfer (ACH or wire). No card payments, no credit lines.
Issue rewards
Once funds are received, rewards are delivered by email, by secure redemption link for you to distribute, or through our API.

Who can use Ridgeload?
U.S.-registered businesses and organizations, including nonprofits, research institutions, and agencies, that complete our business verification. We do not sell to individual consumers at this time.
What does business verification involve?
We ask for your legal business name, registered address, Employer Identification Number (EIN), website, the people who own or control the business, an authorized representative, and the intended use of rewards. We may request supporting documents.
How do we pay for rewards?
Orders are paid in advance by bank transfer (ACH or wire) from a business account. Rewards are issued once funds are received. We do not accept credit or debit cards for reward orders.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order and no monthly commitment to get started. Larger orders may be subject to additional review.
How are rewards delivered?
By email directly to recipients, by secure redemption link that you distribute through your own channels, or through our API for verified clients.
Which brands are available?
The catalog covers widely used U.S. brands in retail, dining, entertainment, travel, and everyday essentials. Availability varies by brand and is confirmed with each quote. We do not display brand logos on our website.
Do recipients pay any fees?
Ridgeload does not charge recipients any fee. Each gift card is subject to the terms of the brand that issues it, including any expiration or usage terms.
Do you offer an API?
Yes. API access is available to verified clients on request. Documentation is shared during onboarding.
What is the Ridgeload Reward prepaid card?
