These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to ridgeload.com and the business rewards services offered by SOS Hub, Inc., doing business as Ridgeload ("Ridgeload," "we," "us"). By using the website or the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use them on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization. Orders may also be governed by a separate written client agreement, which controls in case of conflict.
1. Eligibility
The Services are available only to businesses and organizations established in the United States that complete our verification process, acting through authorized representatives who are at least 18 years old. We do not offer the Services to individual consumers.
2. Accounts and verification
You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep it up to date. We may request additional information or documents at any time, and we may decline, suspend, or close any account at our discretion, including where we cannot complete verification or suspect fraud or misuse.
3. Orders, funding, and delivery
- Orders are quoted in writing and must be funded in advance by bank transfer from your business account. Rewards are issued only after funds are received and the order is confirmed.
- We may set order limits and apply additional review to any order.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of recipient details you provide. Once a reward code is delivered, it may be redeemed like cash and generally cannot be cancelled, replaced, or refunded, except where required by law or the issuing brand's terms.
- Prices, fees, and catalog availability may change; the price confirmed for a funded order applies to that order.
4. Gift card terms
Gift cards and other rewards are issued by third-party brands and are subject to their terms and conditions, including any expiration, usage, or redemption terms. Ridgeload is not the issuer of third-party gift cards. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, who are not affiliated with and do not endorse Ridgeload.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful, legitimate business programs. You may not: resell rewards without our written consent; use the Services in connection with fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any unlawful activity; provide rewards to or for the benefit of persons subject to sanctions; misrepresent your identity or business; or interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
6. Your communications to recipients
You are responsible for your reward programs and for complying with laws that apply to them, including laws on promotions, taxation of rewards, research participant compensation, employment, and electronic communications.
7. Future products
References on our website to products described as "coming soon" or "in preparation," including any prepaid reward card, are informational only. Such products are not currently available and may change or may not be offered.
8. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including the Ridgeload name and logo, are owned by SOS Hub, Inc. or its licensors. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except to view the website for its intended purpose.
9. Disclaimers
The website and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Information on the website is general and is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ridgeload and SOS Hub, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website or Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim, or US$100 if no order applies.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ridgeload and SOS Hub, Inc. from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your reward programs, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the website or Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
